Meaning of ? in power query ?

Hi,

I am taking CSV data into power query which is saparated by delimiter (;). When I get data in the power query, I see a few cells filled with ?.  I am attaching an image of it. And, when I open it into excel file and saparate it by text to coloumn then I see empty in that cell. I do not know why ? is coming and what is the meaning of it. When I am taking this data into power bi then this ? is not coming.

Is it because of the data set is huge ? It is arround 284,000mb.

What would be a solution for this ? as in the attached picture, it is a whole number data type. When I am changing this data type to whole number then ? is changing into error.

How to remove ? for this data ?

Hi, just found the solution of it. In transform tab using clean option removed these question marks.

Question mark signifies the editor is unable to correctly identify the value in the cell with the value associated to the column.
Power BI and Excel work differently in identifying the datatype of the column that contains the question mark.
You may want to compare the M Queries from Advanced Editor to understand what the exact difference is.
