Matrix - Create a measure with data from matrix and another table

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
Thanks Greg_Deckler for your reply. I would like to add new measure(s) to calculate the inventory holding in stock balance matrix table. The formula for the measure will be current stock balance (various warehouse) / Past 7 days sales average. Sample of the end results that I want as below.
