We figure it out the issue.
It was indeed an MFA related issue and we fix it by updating the last Windows 10 version thanks to Microsoft Support.
So for the other folks out there that might get that issue or error message make sure your Windows is up to date.

@Romain_PH - Not quite sure, hard to troubleshoot. Maybe talk to support. You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Thanks @Greg_Deckler will post on the Issue forum. I have a Power BI pro account but my user do not and i am not able to reporduce the issue on my device.
I am suspecting an issue on the user's computer and her IP as when tried to login with my credential on her computer I get the same error message. Local IT have recently reinstalled everything for this user laptop to be able to use Power BI and they migh have misconfigure something.
