MAX DATE from FOLDER IMPORT OF .TXT files is not updating with lastest date

INTRO:

My mission is to pull the most recent file from various folders that are sent from the PAYOR and organize them by the most recent date per payor.

1st I am pulling .txt files  from a Folder :

\\emirprd\edwdata\ELIGIBILITY\HAP\HFALLG

The folder structure is different in every folder  I choose:

2) I then I filter in PQ by the last 4 MOST RECENT FILES

3)This needs to update when a new files comes into the Folder.  It is not—I checked the Folder and the .txt file came in and did not log. I am simply using a simply DAX Formula MAX(TABLE[date_created])

QUESTION – Is this possible?  I want to track files from folders that enter in a real time way.  I then wish to red flag those that are late according to the schedule?

connect to the folder, filter the files you want, sort by last modified date descending, keep first row's last modified date?

Thank you.  Are there instructions on this?  How do I show the most recent file date? It is pretty simple but I cannot find a way to do it?

This is possible to do in Power Query, but not in DAX.
