Local AD users - how to manage?

I am new to Power BI.

I have a group of local AD users i wish to share SSRS and maybe other reports

I have created a free 60 day trial Pro user (using my work email) and downloaded Power BI desktop.

some questions:

1.  i am not able to register my on premises SSRS 2016 server to the Power BI service with the Free Pro Trial user i created. does this work only with full user?

2. if all my users a Local AD (from one domain) , is there an option to add them all to a Power BI group so i could share reports and dashboards with them?

3.  for the above scenario to work , would it be enough to buy  PRO licenses just for the group of users i with to share with - with no additional expenses.

Thanks

    Yakov,

    1. What error message do you get?

    2. You can create an app workspace in Power BI Service, then add the users to the workspace as members, this way, they can view the dashboard and reports you add in the workspace, for more details, please review this article. Also, you can share dashboard following the guide in this article, you can enter the full email addresses for individuals, distribution groups, or security groups to share dashboard.

    3. Yes, pro license is enough.

    Regards,
