LinkedIn ADs data via API

Hello Community,

I am trying to get the performance data from the LinkedIn ADs center via their provided APIs. I have built an app on the developer platform, got it authorized from the admins and got access to ad accounts. I have created the token and got read access for the Advertisement API.

Now, I am wiriting the following function for getting my data in Power Query.

and I am writing the same in the postman client and there it is working.
But in power query it is giving me the following error

please tell me what am I doing wrong here or how can remove the error?
and get my data imported in the model??

  • Can you show the same details from the Postman call?  Error 500 usually means the server tripped over itself while trying to service your request.

    Hi Nikhil_Tailor,

LinkedIn APIs rely on OAuth 2.0 authentication, which isn’t natively handled by the standard Web connector in Power Query. As per Microsoft documentation, OAuth flows typically require implementation through a custom data connector, and only limited header handling is available outside that context. This can lead to scenarios where API calls succeed in Postman but fail in Power Query due to authentication and security handling differences. pleasetake a look at below references aand let me know if this helps?

I have done all the steps in LinkedIn to complete all the authentication steps. But I am still getting the same error while connecting to the source. And I also cannot connect with the third-party connectors due to restriction.
