Linked image in table failing to render for some users: easy browser fix?

Hello,

I have a standard table that includes a small linked image (stored in tenant SharePoint image library) representing a color that corresponds to a metric in the table. "warning = Red, caution  = yellow, etc.

The graphic shows up for some users perfectly when viewed in browser, others see the "problem displaying image" icon (box with x inside). I'm sure it has to do with individual browser security settings, but I have no idea how to fix and deploy across the enterprise.

I tried sharing the images with everyone in the group, failed.
