Line chart with flat line for previous year %

Hi

I need a line chart which shows a percentage score by month. For this year it needs to show a monthly YTD %. I then need another line which shows last year's % score at the end of the financial year and I want this to be a flat line in the chart across the chart and so showing the same for each month.... any ideas?
