Key board short cut - enable/disable load
- 5 years ago
Hi peterhui50 ,
What's the keyboard short cut for this?
By default, "Enable load" option of all queries will be checked. Therefore all queries from Query Editor will be loaded into the memory of Power BI Model. If we disable the option "Enable Load" for one query, when we apply the change, this query table data will not be loaded to data model. But when we refresh the dataset, there is also a query sent to data source. This is important when your model grows big, especially disabling the option of queries that used as intermediate transformation to produce the final query for the model.

if I select a group of queries and I don't want to load them, is there a easier way than right-click on each and uncheck enable load?is there such thing?
Based on my test, it is not supported to disable the option of a group queries at one time. It is needed to disable that option one by one.
