Keep getting an error even though data has correct data type

 Hi everyone, I keep getting an error, even my column data i just a number. Positive and Negative number. I set decimal number as data type. Why I keep getting an error ?

What does the error message say?

Just click beside the error in the white space and it should show info below, can you share an image of that as well.
