Jira service windows authentication not working

When trying to use Windows Authentication with the Jira Service to Get Data, I get this error:   Failed to update data source credentials: Hide details Activity ID: 0da528bd-339d-4fae-bb30-522...

Hi,

 

We use a cloud version of Jira. I tried the basic authentication too, but no combination of my username and password worked. Anonymous works, but I only get a small subset of the tickets pulled into PowerBI.
