Issue with credential pop up window loading

Hi Anonymous ,

1. I go to refresh the credentials in Power Query and the window loads but nothing I do can pull the focus to that window to select the account. 

Did you click on the "Data Source setting" to edit the permissions?Or something else?

Please provide more details about your issue to help us clarify your scenario, like some screenshots,more descriptions...

2.In addition, I'd suggest you use Chrome instead.

This is the real solution to this problem: 

You need to go to FILE - OPTIONS AND SETTINGS - OPTIONS - GLOBAL - SECURITY.

Enable the "Use my default browser" option.
