I would like to invoke a single function to generate 3 separate queries from 3 separate datasets. I have tried the following but am left with a single query, named 'Invoked function':
(Scenario_1 as text, Scenario_2 as text, Scenario_3 as text) =>
let
Source1 = Csv.Document(File.Contents(Scenario_1),[Delimiter=",", Encoding=1252, QuoteStyle=QuoteStyle.None]),
Source2 = Csv.Document(File.Contents(Scenario_2),[Delimiter=",", Encoding=1252, QuoteStyle=QuoteStyle.None]),
Source3 = Csv.Document(File.Contents(Scenario_3),[Delimiter=",", Encoding=1252, QuoteStyle=QuoteStyle.None])
in
Source3
Is it possible to generate 3 queries ('Scenario 1', 'Scenario 2' and 'Scenario 3'), each referencing the correct source from a single function?
Thanks
You can't create a query from a query in PQ through code.
You will have manually duplicate the query to create a query/queries from the first query.
