Invalid connection credentials Gateway Impersonation Error
Hello,
I am getting this invalid connection credentials error while adding new data soruce in the power BI site.
I have tried adding the data source with user name in both formats [email protected] and NTDomain\user_name.
The user password is the Power BI website login password which is different then network password.
Our login domain is like 'NTDomain\user_name' and email format is user_name@company_name.ie.
The gateway service is running under the 'NTDomain\user_name' and Power BI website login is user_name@company_name.ie.
Coudl this be an issue?
Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to TESTDB.
Details: "Invalid connection credentials."

I'm getting the same error, no response from the PowerBI team...
I'm getting the same error from 13/09/2017 and no response from the PowerBI team... very sad!
The same msg on me... and the problem is still from 13/09/2017!!! NO Response from the Power BI Team!!!
