Invalid Identifier

I'm trying to create a custom column using an already created column (Merged Prod/NonProd). I keep getting an 'Invalid Identifier' error:

Power Query can't recognize the column name. It is exact. How is this possible?

your column name contains "not nice"  characters.  use the #"" escape.
