Integration with Zendesk

Cannot get Zendesk integration to work with Power BI.  Receive error message 400 when attempting to import data.

What am I missing?

Is there a detailed configuration/troublshooting document someone could recommend?  Known issues? 

Am submitting request to Zendesk as well for asistance.

You do need to be an admin on your Zendesk account. It's hard to debug these issues on the forum here, so please send a Frown using the little face in the top right corner of Power BI.
