Integrating Microsoft BI into ATS SaaS

Hi community,

Our company is planning to offer Microsoft BI as an API tool in our ATS software. We think it would benefit recruiteres and managers to gather data about the applicants' place of living, area of expertice etc. However, I still have a few technical questions about Microsoft BI:

1.  There are multiple organisations that use our ATS software with eace their own set of data (application information). Would it be technically possible to visualize different data sets for each organisation in Power BI? Different organisations shouldn't be able to see each other's data.

2. Would it be possible to use Power BI as an API tool without having to install any software on your computer (cloud based)? 
3. At last, is single sign-on functionality included into Microsoft BI? 

I would really appreciate if someone could help us with this.
