Insert data in to manual created table from another table

Hi Folks 

I am desiging reports and dashboard from rest api data. Json responce is hierarchical data and need to desgin dashboard with last week comparions.

I have consumed rest api and desgined tables with relationship from JSON hiearchal data. Now i have one custom table where i need to append data on weekly scheduling for report and dashbord comprision.

Can anyone give me idea to insert data into cutom table from these relationship tables and i want to append data into this table on weekly scheduling.
