Incremental refresh from API as zip file possible?

Oh, that was what I was asking for - can I enable Gen2 only having PPU licens. I do not have fabric, since it costs money too. But what You are saying is that fabric is needed?

Yes, that’s correct. Even though Dataflow Gen2 works with a PPU license, it still needs Microsoft Fabric to be enabled in the tenant. PPU alone is not enough if Fabric is completely disabled.
Dataflow Gen2 is a Fabric feature, so it is available only inside a Fabric-enabled workspace. If your tenant does not have Fabric turned on either via a Fabric trial or a paid Fabric capacity, you will not see the Dataflow Gen2 option, even with PPU.
Without Fabric, Dataflow Gen2 cannot be used. In that case, you will need to continue with full refresh or move the data to a source that supports incremental refresh.
