I did a conection with data flow to SQL Server and i want to create incremental refresh but i have Power Bi Per User
My cuestion is, i need Power BI Premium for create incremental refresh?
With Power BI Per User I can not use incremental refresh, Why?

hey, it should work fine for PPU lincence, but the dataflow need to be in a primiun asigned workspace to use that option on it,

Incremental refresh is supported for Power BI Premium, Premium per user, Power BI Pro, and Power BI Embedded datasets.
To configure incremental refresh, the data source table must have a DateTime column first, not only a date column.
