Hello Power Community!
I Just started working with Poer BI and I need an incident manager. I Have seen that there are some management options, but I would like to know your opinion about whether it is enough to manage from the power bi itself or it is better to integrate a specific software for alerts. If So, I would like to know if it gives power bi problems before starting to get an idea of how long it will take me to configure this, and if you have any favorite software for it.
Thank you Very Much in advance!

Hi @LeireEnergyAP ,
I don't think we need an Incident Management when we use Power BI.
The options on the menu should help us enough to manage in Power BI Desktop.
If you need additional help, please feel free to ask and describe your requirement in more details so that we could help further on it.
Best Regards,
Cherry
