Import wide table with multiple table append with different sub header with PowerQuery

Hi 

I need to import a report with multiple table appends. Each table would have a subheading, which I need to transpose that element into a column. 

I can manage if the table only contains one table, but as shown in the sample below, I have three tables, and I want to extract campaign: strategy elements from each sub-header table into column with their values. I need to build in power query as input table will have new file everyday.
