Solved: IF AND OR Statement for each quadrant

Hi all,

I need some advice - i have dataset X and Y. X/Y is derived by dividing Y by X

Then i use Y against X to draw a scatter plot with constant X=60 and Y=20 as the borderline

How do I fulfil the condition for each quadrant based on the different conditions below
