I have one lacks records in my sharepoint list i want to take all the data in one collection.

I have one lacks records in my sharepoint list. I want to take all the data in one collection. I am using more than 5 list in my application so every list have large data in future it will increase for sure. I want to calculate according to filter. if I am directly filtering and calculating hours then it's taking more than 5 minutes some time. I want to reduce the loading time. So I want data in collection so it won't take much time. Hope you understand the query waiting for the reply.
