I can't find the FILE tab in my Power Query Editor

Hello everyone,
I open my Power Query editor yesterday and I noticed that the FILE tab is no longer there again. I will like to ask is this as a result of Power BI update? If yes, where can I find the FILE tab in the new interface.

Attached is the image of my Power Query interface.

Looking forward to seeing a solution to this.

    Hi Oluwapelumi 

    When any "Customize Appearance" option is selected other than Legacy, the File menu and Quick Access Toolbar are unfortunately missing from the Power Query Editor window.

     

    There has been some discussion in the community on this point and I think Microsoft are aware, but you may want to provide feedback as well (see feedback link in Options > Global > Report settings):

    Thanks so much for this.  Not only did it fix my issue with the "File" option not appearing in the tab it also fixed the issue of the "DateTime Tools" not appearing.
