How to transform in power query an Excel table format that is grouped ( '3 headers' )

So, here is how my Excel "headers" look like.
I want to load this table in my power bi report and I don't figure out how to keep the "header" structure .

Thanks for any ideas !

  • multi-level headers have no use in power bi. had better flat the table into one dimension

    Hi Anonymous ,

Like wdx223_Daniel  said, Power Query does not have multi-level headers, you can merge multiple rows of headers of a column into one in Excel and import them into Power BI.

    Or please kindly refer to
