How to sum data to become hourly?

I am making a dynamic dashboad and I need to show data by the hour.

 

So far I have created new columns to seperate both the time and date stamp. As you can see in the screenshot it is not very readable as data points that Power BI reads in updates quarter hourly. 

I was thinking to sum up the quarter hourly data by the hour so that it will only show 12 points in a day. How can I do so?

    how about add a date-hour column and feed the x axis with the new column?

     

    for further discussion, some sample data would be very helpful.
