How to show value ZERO(0)

Hello everyone,

Plz look into the chart, in x-axis "EVC Q" and "LPT" having data, so it is showing legend.

Now I want to show another value("0" - ME) which is not having values (check excel screenshot)

Should i add another file to project theses data as "0" ?

Plz help me..

Thanks

Monika

  • Hi Anonymous ,

You could try to create anpther table which contains [Cause Area Description] column, then create relationship betweem two tables. You could refer to my sample for details.

  • Hi MonikaNandhini1,

The way the visual works is to show the data that it has - therefore, if you don't have anything representing "ME" at all in the table but you want to show that their is "0" "ME" values then you will have to either add a conditional column with a value of zero or one based on the Cause Area Description (in this case, the column will be all zeros) or you will have to have another table/field added in the Cause Area that states the ME is there but has a zero count.

I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would mark this as a solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!
