How to prepare data for Drill Down

Hello guys,

I'm stucking in a problem that I don't know how to solve...

I have the following hierarchy (there are more accounts):

2 - Passiven, 20 - Kurzfristiges Fremdkapital, 200 - Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen and 2000 - Kreditoren CHF

and so on...

In Excel at the moment

And then added 4 column so that the Drill Down can work...
