How to move values up 2 rows?
I have the below table in Power Query where I wish to move up some rows of data
I want to keep the City values but I want to move up Temperature and Feels Like so there are no more Null values in row 1 and row 2, and drop/delete row 3 and row 4
Hope someone can help?
