I think as a first step you should do this step in Power BI instead of doing it manually:
"By the way results from all the 90 tests have been extracted from the source Excel files into a single file looking like the one linked above. "
Assuming your tests results are in .csv .xlsx format or similar you can put them all together in a folder and then use power query to combine them.
Can you share some information on those files? We can then help you to create the import query in Power BI.
