I know you can use Ctrl + Shift + (+ or -) to change the zoom of the PQ window, but it makes everything big and taking up the space.
Is there a way to increase the formula bar font size only in PQ?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Thanks for your quick reply, what I meant was that fonts and so on in the Advanced Editor window would get bigger, but the elements in Power Query Editor wouldn't be affected, which would reduce the performance impact on the entire number of elements in Power Query Editor that you mentioned earlier.

In power query editor, it cannot set the size of the formula bar directly, or you can consider to edit the formula in advanced editor.
Then when you use the Ctrl + Shift + (+ or -), it will only magnify the font in advanced editor, other font will not be affected, so that it can improve the performance.
e.g the normal advanced editor
After magnifying, you can find that only the font in advanced editor magnified, other fonts are the normal size.

I just tried that in Advanced Editor, it does exactly the same thing, both font size and all UI elements size changes as well when I press Ctrl + Shift + (+ or -).
And also, in the two images you uploaded, you can clearly UI element has increase in size too, so I don't know why you would say only the font in the editor is magnified.

So there is no way that I can change the formula bar font size only like you would in Power BI Dax formula bar?
Yes, it is not supported, you can consider use the solution i offered above.
