I have a simple custom column below that is a conversion time in dates. Each of these columns has rows with null, so my custom column also has null. Is there a way I can replace null with blank in my custom column?
column = [lead duration] - [offer duration] - [accepted duration]

Hi @ERing ,
Unfortunately, this is the default. null means blank. null does not represent the text "null" here, so it does not affect the calculation.

Hi @ERing
You can establish an if to check if a value is null. I don't know how your columns are defined, but anyway: if([lead duration]= null then <what you want to return> else [lead duration])
If you want a blank -> then BLANK()
My columns are defined as decimal number.
Is there a way to check just the result of the custom column so that if the result is null, then Blank()?
Hi @ERing
Yes, you can store the result in a variable and then check with an if in this way:
Measure=
var _result= <Your measure>
return IF (_result= null,BLANK(),_result)
But if you want to perform calculus, it is better to return a 0 instead of a BLANK()
