We are creating a report in power bi which will read data from Microsoft Exchange about shared mailboxes.
We’ve more than 80 shared mailboxes from which we want to read emails and the shared mailbox properties.
I have been able to get the shared email information using Power BI, however I am unable to get the properties like
How many users have Full Admin Permissions on that shared mailbox? Is this something that can be done through Power BI
If yes, please can anyone help me point me in right direction.

You are limited to what the Exchange Connector provides. I believe for this you'd need to use a PowerShell script to dump a CSV file that you could then consume with Power BI. How to Get Mailbox Permissions with PowerShell - inc. Complete Report (lazyadmin.nl)
