Community ChampionYou are limited to what the Exchange Connector provides. I believe for this you'd need to use a PowerShell script to dump a CSV file that you could then consume with Power BI. How to Get Mailbox Permissions with PowerShell - inc. Complete Report (lazyadmin.nl)
