How to expand "Table" within a Column that does not have arrows to help expand the column

Hi, 

I wanted to know if someone can help me figure out how to expand a column that has multiple tables embeded within it.  The column does not show any arrows to help expand the tables and all the data within that column.  I would like to see all the content within the column "Content", including everything within the Tables.  Please see below...

I would appreciate any help with this..

I think the reason it doesn't let you is that there is a Binary along with the Tables. You might also have issues if the Tables don't have the same columns.
