How to create new percentage measure?

 I create it this measure DIVIDE ([Headcount], CALCULATE([Headcount], ALLSELECTED( 'Basic Information'))) so based on this function I want to show the female percentage in the card

    Alaqillina Hi! you can use:

    Female Percentage =
    DIVIDE(
    CALCULATE([Headcount], 'Basic Information'[Gender Desc] = "Female"),
    CALCULATE([Headcount], ALLSELECTED('Basic Information'))
    )
