How to create my Excel Index formula in Power Query

Hi,

 

I am how do I recreate my Index Excel formula that looks to my Power Pivot in Power Query:

INDEX('PQ Pivot'!$1:$1048576,MATCH(G$1,'PQ Pivot'!$A:$A,0),MATCH($D3,'PQ Pivot'!$1:$1,0))/IF($D3=$D2,COUNTIF($D:$D,$D2),COUNTIFS($D:$D,$D3))

    Please provide some sample data and expected results in a format we can copy, you can use dummy data. It's too difficult to understand...
