How to convert content to Table (copied from Table but no delimiter such as Paragraph Mark)?

I need help to copy a Table from PDF. Paste did result in a Table and at the same time,  did not include delimiters to allow conversion to Table.

In situation where there is no formatting mark, is there AI to convert according to Image of content as Table?

Facing with situation where it seems absence of "smart" delineation to split column, is Excel a better solution?
