Hi Community,
1. Need Guidance for Connecting SharePoint with Power Bi in Microsoft Flow.
2. Thus The Data should be refreshed for every 3 mins.
3. How many times one can set Schedule Refresh per day?

Firstly, to connect to SharePoint in Microsoft Flow, you can follow the guide in this article.
Secondly, to run Flow every 3 mins, you would need to purchase Flow license, for more details, please review this blog. And regarding to the Flow questions, I would recommend you post the questions in Microsoft Flow forum to get better support.
Thirdly, on Power BI side, for Power BI free and pro users, you are limited to 8 refresh times for a single dataset a day, for Power BI premium users, you can set schedule refresh 48 times for a dataset a day.
