How to connect Power BI to ms access database in sharepoint?

I can't connect power bi to the ms access database on sharepoint.

The connection goes smoothly when the database is local using OLE DB. But when on the internet, error related to: User 'Admin' on machine 'N-XXXX' has placed the database in a state that prevents it from being opened or locked.

I've gone through many attempts, including disabling parallel loading of tables in Power BI, but without success.

I ask for help to resolve this problem. Connect Power BI to online MS Access database in Sharepoint.

Access uses lock files to keep track of the connections. If the Power BI service is unable to write to that file it will result in errors like yours.

Generally Access is a VERY bad data source for Power BI.  See if you can move your data elsewhere.
