How to connect ax2012 with power bi for creating the customized reports.

Do you want to Dynamics AX 2012 in Power BI? If so, based on my research, Dynamics AX 2012 has SQL Server database as backend database, you can use SQL Server connector in Power BI Desktop to connect to the database.

Another method is to use OData Feed connector in Power BI Desktop to connect to Dynamics AX 2012 , for more details, please review this video.
