How to close a API request session

Dear folks,

I'm facing an issue with a query that is calling an API get method. The point is that I need to call asset method more than 1000 times and the server has a 1000 session limit.

My guess is that each time I call the API it creates a new session so it reaches the limit in a few seconds.

I've tried the following:

    Source = Json.Document(Web.Contents("xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/asset/54534543534",[Timeout=#duration(0, 0, 0, 20)])),

    Source2 = (Web.Contents("xxxxx/logout")),

Source has a timeout but obviously it only works for the calls that has no answer and despite I call logout method in the following line it does not close the session already created by the asset method.

Any idea on how to close the session opened in the first line?

Many thanks.

does your web response contain a session token that you can then (re)use in subsequent calls?

Hi @lbendlin ,

The web response does have 22 fields, but none of them is a token.
