How to add a color code to the row field of a matrix

Hi, 

I'm using a matrix visual for this report and I tried all the possible ways to create a measure to color scale it but unable to in the Company column. In Cell elements > Series Box "Company Column" doesn't show. When I used just the table visual for a different report I'm being able to color scale it accordingly. 

But it's the Matrix Visual that is not letting me color code it. Is there a solution to this ?

This is not a power Query problem, you posted in the wrong forum... You get better and quicker help if you post in the correct forum...
