How to Specify Shift-JIS(932) Encoding for CSV Files in DataFactory Data Flow

You should be able to specify Shift-JIS encoding by using the literal integer value 932.
That is, change this:
Encoding = TextEncoding.Windowsto this:
Encoding = 932Certain Code Page Identifiers are indeed available as named constants (see here) but the integer value of any valid Code Page Identifier should be allowed.
