How get UserStorie details and Count which are not having linked "Test Case" from ADO into PowerBI

Hi,

I want to extract Data from ADO and  build a PowerBI dashboard to see the Count of  User Stories with Details (ID, State, Title)  which are not having "Test Case" linked  in PowerBI

Can anyone please help me with this query builder?

I want to build a Requirement Traceability dashboard in PowerBI which will display how many User-Stories have Test Case as Linked and How many User-Stories do not have Test Case Links.. The Source Data file is ADO
