How do I make my PowerBi chart show 100% from the middle?

Can someone help me please?
How do i get my column chart to look like the below chart:

 


Even the red bars are positive, but just lower than a 100%, hence going downwards ,please note.
I have converted the values to 100%, but they come out like this:

      How do i attach the file on here? It is saying "the file type (.pbix) isnt supported"
