How do I combine duplicate rows in Power Query?
Not sure, but you can try these options - Clean or Trim from transform options by right clicking on the column

You can check data proofing options, there might be some space, newline or blankspaces added to column Value, you can try using remove blank or from Split Column Option.
I don't understand. What data proofing options? There are no spaces or blankspaces in 'Cloud'. How do I know if there's a newline added? None of this makes sense.
f you go to View option from Power Query Editor, You will see Data Preview options like Monospaced, show whitespace - show whitespace is something which will show whitespace or newline characters if any
Ok. I got rid of the whitespaces but it didn't change anything. I still have 2 separate 'Cloud' entries.
