How can I use Query Plan for Power Query?

Where is this visible, or what version of excel is required? The latest version I have was rolled out in September of last year and doesn't have these features. The article above does not indicate which version is required but it was written in early 2023. Anyone know?

This only works in the Power BI Service, for Dataflows. Not sure if limited to Gen 2 or if it works for Gen 1 as well.
