How can I create this logic in the M language?

Guys, help me please.

 

How can I write this logic in M language in Power Query:

 

IF
In Column "Column1"

 

WHEN
contains any value below the line containing the string "FINAL BENEFICIARY"

 

THEN
returns the value below the line containing the string "FINAL BENEFICIARY" for the "BENEFICIARY" Column

    Can you produce a data sample and show what you are trying to achieve?
